 I just put together my new dip bar. It has a quality feel to it.

I did my walk the planks last night the put the dip bar together. Body weight rows are suppose to be good for building up strength in order to do chin ups. I have to be careful not to over work those muscles. I am not going to do walk the planks and rows in the same session.

I seen this video either last night or this morning and am considering trying out what he says. I love the sound of it Walk-The-Plank. Hey what are you going to do tonight? I'm going to be walking the plank.
