I did my 120 sit-ups already. If I do another set of 40 before bed that would be 160 sit-ups today.

Today is exercise day. Did my breakfast exercises and weighed myself. My weight is going down slowly. Chin-ups are getting easier.

THE SECRET CHIN-UP BAR HANDLES AND MY PLANS FOR THEMThey are not exactly a secret but very little is heard or seen about them and their use. They are the Neutral Handles for neutral chin-ups or pull-ups. Going on the adage that form fallows function and contemplating the 3 exercises that can be preformed along with hand orientation and levels of difficulty. It looks very much to me that the neutral grips can be used as a step in the progression from doing chin-ups to doing pull-ups and that is what I am going to try and do.

My lower back is bothering my again. I'm thinking it's the sit-ups. I do have some alternatives so I guess I'll be changing my exercise routine.

I got away from doing my exercises because my back got hurt. The nite before last nite my shoulder pain came back and woke me up. Last nite before going to bed I did a few sets of pushups and one with my chest expander. I slept great last nite. When I awoke and looked at my clock I could not believe it I slept the whole nite through.
