I have been doing feet elevated push-ups for a long time now and I think its time to evolve. I have been putting my feet on a chair that is 17.5 inches high. The next time I get to Walmart I'm going to get a stool that is 29 inches high and start using that. I looked at them there already.

I bought a 29 inch high wooden stool at Walmart today if it doesn't work out I could get a whip and start lion taming.

A lot of these measurements are misleading. Some are the same or close to what they were when I started working out long ago. I can see muscle that I didn't have before and I am stronger. I did have several set backs with 2 surgeries and all that swelling and antibiotics probably didn't help.

I am making gains! Finally after all this time I am making gains. I think before when I was swelled up and on antibiotics and having surgeries my body was in survival mod but now that's in the past I am seeing and feeling muscle. The number of what I can do is increasing. I just ordered a set of fractional weight plates and plan to hopefully soon start doing weighted chin-ups.

My chin-ups were easier then my sit-ups this morning. I lost a smidgen in weight. I should get my fractional weight plates today that will be for weighted chin-ups.
