It's a far cry from the number that I use to do. I'll probably keep it at 100 for awhile then add or change to weighted sit-ups.

OMG! You should have heard the sound that I did while I was doing my breakfast sit-ups. Ya know those very noisy plastic bags? I heard that very loudly like right next to my head.
