With what is happening I wonder if I will get any use out of it? Maybe I will. Keeping busy right now seems to be better then thinking about how things are.

These are the push up rings. I will probably do mostly rows with them.

Yes, it really is better to find things to occupy oneself when things get rough.

I did exercises tonight but did not include my new chip-up bar and straps. With everything that is going on I didn't feel like figuring things out and incorporating it yet.

I just dug out my Indian Clubs. When I do my exercises my right shoulder doesn't bother me at night but the next night the pain starts creeping back. I was wondering that if I swing Indian Clubs on my non-exercises days if it would help. I might end up doing it seated because of our low ceiling.

I seen this video either last night or this morning and am considering trying out what he says. I love the sound of it Walk-The-Plank. Hey what are you going to do tonight? I'm going to be walking the plank.

So this is what I wrote down from the video to do.
Walk-The-Plank (Chin-Up Style) 8 Reps 5 Sets One minute rest between Every other day Until I can lower myself really slowly.
Next Walk-The-Plank (Pull-Up Style)
Next Try to do a chin-up fallowed by the walk-the-planks for each set (chin-up style) that you have been doing. The partial chin-up counts as one. Do this until you can do 2 chin-ups.
Next Move to 2 workouts a week like Monday and Thursday.
This is just what I wrote down so far. Its not complete yet.

I like planning things out and getting and being ready before I start doing things (I wish it could be like that with what I am going through with my mother right now). I'm thinking of starting to work with my new chin-up bar next week.

Yeah, it's the not knowing that can be the worst. It would be good to be able to plan everything.

Tonight I will do the exercises that I've been doing but next week starting Monday I plan on walking the plank.

Last night I did 5 sets of 8 reps of walk the planks. I wasn't sure if I should stop doing my other exercises so I did one set of them.
