I just finished my pull-up walk-the-planks and boy did I feel them. I did some of them trying to get full extension. I bent my legs before lowering myself. I can see and feel my body changing.

I dug out my bathroom scale last night and weigh myself this morning and wrote it down. I thought that I should try to keep track of some statistics so that I know thing are actually happening.

I think and hope that I should get thinner but gain more weight because muscle is more dense then fat and weighs more.

I'm not quitting. Maybe trying to do the extension wasn't a good idea. I pick up my pull-up assistance band tomorrow.

 Just tried it on my foot and knee. On my foot I could do several pull-ups on my knee I couldn't do any.

I just did some warm up push-ups then 5 sets of 8 reps of assistance band pull-ups and in between some of the sets I did some squats and I finished with 12 push-ups. I feel pretty good about it.

I'm trying some assisted dips on my dip station 3 set of 5 reps. Dips are the first exercise that I ever seen amazing results from. My gym teacher showed me how to do dips in junior high and within no time I had nice delts.
