My beans are 11 inches tall now. I just got rid of my dead shallots. I may plant a few thing tonight.

When I sat down in my recliner to take a nap I happened to look up and seen that a few of my radish leaves had holes in them. I jumped up and examined them. There are 2 leaves with holes chewed in them. There were a few black spots that looked like specks of soil. I mixed up some dish soap & water in a spray bottle and sprayed the leaves good.

Darn those bugs, I hope the spray helps.

And yeah, I beginning to think that you should keep an eye on those beans.

I was doing my morning farming and I decided to throw away the vinegar gnat traps that I made when I was having that problem because I didn't think they caught anything. The first one didn't have anything in it and I throw it away. When I picked up the second one and looked in it I was surprised. It had a large earwig in it and several gnats. I dumped it out refilled it and put it back.

I wonder if soaking in that liquid made him bigger? Maybe not. It is the biggest earwig that I've seen in here. It was colorful also.

I doubt that the soak did it. Sounds like this earwig is a bit different from the ones usually found.

I watered my plants with some Epsom salts and it really helped some of them out.

My pollinating worked. There's a baby pepper growing.
