I am starting a new thread. This one takes over from the Growing Sprouts thread. I think the reason it was starting to not work right has something to do with its lenght. I did some pepper transplanting tonight. When ever I do something I alway expect the worst. Now I am waiting for them to die because there may have been something that I didn't know about that I did wrong. I was going to try an plant some MESCLUN tonight but I ran out of space. Sherlew have you ever grown MESCLUN?

As for the other thread, yeah, sometimes the length can make make a difference and a new thread is needed.

My peppers are still alive. It looks like they love that new grow light. I planted a tray of MESCLUN last night. The seedling should be up in 10 days and harvest in 30. Putting the cover soil on didn't go so well. I tried to do it wet. Next time I will do it dry.

This is the pepper that I want to give to my music teacher. It's a serrano pepper. Don't you just love that pot, I do?

I rearly use things for their intended purpose. What do you think these are for?

View AttachmentI rearly use things for their intended purpose. What do you think these are for? They look like some of those solar knick-knacks that people like to put in the windows or on their desks. Or they could just be garden decor, but I'm leaning more towards solar knick-knack.
