Glad that most of them are doing well. Any idea of why that one isn't thriving?

The one that isn't doing so good is the mesclun. It seems like its stunted. It should be ready to harvest on the 4th or 5th but it still looks like it does after it came up. These are lettuce plants and very much different from my other plants.

How fast is mesclun supposed to grow?

It says 30 days to maturity and I planted it on May 05. Its usualy hot in here and from what I see lettuce doesn't like that.

Oh, yeah, lettuce prefer cooler weather.

Maybe it needs more water?

Maybe just misting the leaves now and then will help.

This is the whole plant. I started it from seed on April 10th. I ordered the seeds over the internet.

It's looking good. Also, is the mesclun under direct light? If so maybe moving it away from the light source may help.

I'm thinking of dumping the mesclun out tomorrow. If I want to try it again I heard in a youtube video that fedco has some warm weather seeds for doing this.

Yeah, those may work better. Sorry you're having to toss out your current mesclun.

I think when peppers start to blossom that is when you are suppose to spray them with Epsom salts.

Yeah, doing stuff is the best way to learn, at least in my experience.
