Seems like a lot of farming this morning. Had to steak and tie up 2 of my parsley plants. I pruned my beans to make them more bushy. I gave my chives their first hair cut. Did what I did this morning help or hurt?

My Mammoth Basil is coming up. I guess back in the day this is the basil that mammoths preferred?

Yes, I looked up the active ingredient and found it to be acetylsalicylic acid. I'm not sure if foods would have the amount needed to help with significant pain like willow bark, but eating these should help wit inflammation. Some people are also sensitive to it and have to avoid foods that contain a significant amount. WebMD has an article with a list of foods they should avoid. I dou

I ordered a bug zapper that is like a little plug in nightlight and a bigger one that has a fan to suck them into the zapper and I also ordered one that doesn't have a zapper it just sucks them into a holding area and over time they die.

I plan on eating more vegetables and ordered some things that I hope will help with that. I ordered a zoodle maker, a microwave vegetable steamer, and a ceramic microwave cooker.

Zucchini noodles are good. I've also found that cutting out processed foods also helps reduce inflammation.

I've tried them in the past, need to get back to making them. I still have some Napa cabbage and carrots to finish off first. I can't believe how good they are when cooked together. (Went a little cabbage-happy there for awhile.)
