This is an interesting commercial to think about and study. I don't think that it would go over here and not because of the gross factor.

I seen this in several video where they call this a sandwich and it kind of, sort of is. Americans would be more likely to call it Vegemite Bread. We would think of it more as a Vegemite open face sandwich.

He said Vegemite isn't Aussie owned anymore. There are American icons here that are not American owned anymore that no one is aware of. I didn't think that it was Aussie owned because it says Kraft. Has it always been Kraft?

No, it doesn't seem to be the type of commercial that would fly over here. The reason I don't think it would fly here is that what is occurring goes unsaid or explained and requires slight knowledge and thought. I agree with a lot of foreigners about most Americans being stupid.

I had a fantastic idea today for a way to use Marmite or Vegemite but I don't want to say until I try it. It would be something if it works and starts an American craze for the stuff. Kind of amazed with what I'm thinking about not having been done yet.
