Just checked it and was able to go to the page. Try again with both computers. If it still doesn’t work, I can find another one that may work better.

I'm on my new PC now and the link works I bought another pack of cress seeds today because it seems like something that should work for me and I can do some experimenting to find a good way to do that for me.

I just staked up two of my pepper plants tonight. The buds on my Basket of Fire look like they will open soon.

I washed out the plastic box that my mini crunchy donuts came in last night. I'm thinking about trying to plant my cress in it.

I suspect that a container like that would work, especially if any unfriendly bacteria are washed away.

Yes, both contain oxalate which can bind with calcium, making it unavailable and eventually excreted. Other things can interfere with the body's calcium levels. Although most of the articles on this I've found are on preventing kidney stones and osteoporosis, you should be able to use this information. Check out this article.

Uh oh, looks like watercress is high in oxalates, too. Here's a chart with low to high oxalate-containing foods. link

Yeah, same here. I love coffee and it's hard to stick to just one cup. Funny thing, though, I'm not seeing bananas on the list. May have to look them up separately.

Well, some of these aren't too high, apparently. Take a look at this article. Low Oxalate Diet

Eating mostly low oxalate foods and limiting the medium oxalate foods might be the way to go.
