That's quite a name to live up to. Hope it works well for you. We spent Easter at home yesterday. It was kind of rainy, though so I stayed inside.

Yoyojam Dark Magic 2 is quite a name for a yo-yo and seems to indicate that it'll be a lot of fun.

From what I have been studying the last few weeks it looks like it is currently "THE" yo-yo to have. It is kind of expensive and I don't want to start right out with practicing with it so tonight I put the MOD Spacers in my Duncan PRO Z to make it a string trick yo-yo. I will start learning how to do the bind either tonight or tomorrow.

Yeah, I'd start out with one of the other yo-yo's too. Good luck with modifying the Duncan and getting the hang of the bind trick.
Man am I tired. I helped out one co-worker and covered for another one today. Haven't worked this hard in a long time.

I started trying to do binds last night with my PRO Z. I kind of sort of did maybe 2 or 3. It is more difficult then I thought. It reminds me of when I started out juggling. I will take my PRO Z with me today and work on binds if I get a chance.

Here is one of the video tutorials on doing a yo-yo bind. This one shows how to do it slightly differently which may help.

That's a pretty good tutorial.

I tried to do the bind that they show in the Yomega Mania DVD and that other video without hardly any success. So I started thinking about it and trying other things and came up with this way on my own before finding this video. If you can tell there is a big difference in the way the 2 are done. Most of the tutorial videos are telling you to catch the yoyo on the string to do the bind and saying it is the easiest way (lie). It is far easier to place the yoyo string in the yoyo grove like is being done in this video.

I think they all make stuff like this look easy. The method in the video above, though, looks like the best.

We are getting ready to go shopping today ;D I am putting together a tool box for my yo-yos. Right now I have a PLANO 3650N and I will be needing more boxes like this and I see that PLANO has a bag to keep them together in called a speed bag. I am going to see if Walmart has that. www.planomolding.com/product.php?BCCID=112&PID=684

They did not have the bag that I want. I will check the stores up by the mall on Wednesday to see if they have it.
