Of course, they'll continue to say so until there is enough evidence for them to believe.

These weren't like the communications we usually think of. Scientists studying ‘entangled’ photons found that these tiny things can 'communicate between each other at a distance, but the scientists weren't actually sending each other messages. Basically these experiments study things at a quantum level, which is very different from things on our larger scale.

People might eventually come up with something from these studies, but it'll probably be far in the future.
