What profession or person makes the most credible witness?

What profession or type of person makes the most credible UFO or any other type of witness?
As we all know the establishment has been asserting for some time now that it is police and pilots. I say that's a load of crap. There are some serious major detractors keeping at least one of those from being so.
I would like to hear who you think would make the most credible UFO or other type of witness and why?

Well, professional astronomers, and even amateur astronomers would be better since they're more familiar with night sky objects. I'm not sure how much better they'd be during daytime observations, though they'd probably have more experience with observing things way up in the sky.

Also, according to one of the studies on this site, just scientists in general may be be better than pilots and policemen.

I have been thinking about this for some time and the best that I came up with so far is an accomplished credible artist that deals in realism would make the best witness.
