I think the thing my hummingbird moth mimics the best is a goldfinch.

No, It's not Jimsom Weed, but I'm having trouble with the identification. It looks like a lily, but the leaves are wrong. It may be that the plant with the flowers is hiding behind the big one with the pointy leaves. Maybe you can find it again, move the big plant aside and take another picture. If you could turn the blooms so I can see them face on it would help, too.
