Greatest Screen Doctor
Online market research site OnePoll have recently ran a poll on who is the best doctor on the screen, and The Doctorcame out on top. The Time Lord beat off opposition from other well known doctors such as Doctor Watson, Doctor Dolittle, and Dr Emmett Brown (Back to the Future).

A OnePoll spokesperson said:
Doctor Who is a national treasure who has been on our screens for almost half a century now. David Tennant reinvigorated this fictional character and the show has seen huge success since.

Um, I don't think so, but it's been a long time since I last saw the original series.
