When he started talking about Vietnam it got me thinking and I started putting one and one together. The Brazil guy had his anal cored out and if other ones had also it could very well have been one of the first procedures preformed on them. I learned years ago about a sentry silencing technique that was discovered in Vietnam that is very similar. It does not kill right away but silences the victim. It is incredibly interesting how it works and most people probably wouldn't believe that it does work.
