At the end of exercising last nite I tried using my new Kuangmi Power Arms for the first time. I was trying to do as many reps in each position as I could to establish starting points. Remember I said that I wasn't sure of which strength power arms to get? Well I think I may have gotten one that is to strong for me now. They are available in these different strengths. 5kg 10kg 15kg 20kg I got the 15kg Power Arms. I can move it. The problems come from lack of good instructions (as with the Power Twisters) and maintaining what should be proper form while doing the exercises. I don't speak Russian and don't understand anything that guy said in the video that I post before but to me it kind of looks like this is what he may be talking about. Probably, are you going to get the 10kg and work up to the one you have now?

They are kind of on the expensive side for me now. I could just try not trying to turn it the whole way. Maybe make some preset points to turn to.

Last nite I was able to add one more rep using my 30kg power twister. If I keep improving at this rate I will be able to start using my 40kg power twister very soon. I just sent for this sit-up pad thing that is suppose to help with sit-ups. Last night I did 75 sit-ups pretty easily. I'm thinking of maybe next week moving it to 100 sit-ups and leaving it there. Years and years ago I use to do 1,000 sit-ups in a single sitting but I don't want to go that far again.

I'm older now and my goals are changing.

The way that I've been doing sit-ups I have to anchor my feet under something. Maybe with this ab mat I wont have to do that?

I remember hearing years ago that Sid Caesar use to do 1,000 sit-up. I've done several searches but can't find anything about it. When I heard it it was from somebody being interviewed that said it about Sid Caesar.
