I woke up at about 5am to urinate. Right after getting back into bed I heard a loud and very strange noise that I never heard before. The noise definitely came from inside the apartment and maybe even the bedroom. The best description of the noise that I can come up with so far is something sliding down or rubbing against some kind of synthetic material like pack cloth. It was actually to loud to be that and had some length to it that's why I said sliding. It wasn't an instant abrupt noise. I grabbed my flashlight that I keep beside my bed and started investigating and found nothing. I went back to sleep with the flashlight in my hand. This morning I reinvestigated and still found nothing. That's weird and spooky. Is your mother back home now?

She is still in the hospital but it looks like she will be transferred to the nursing home tomorrow for rehab.

OK, glad that she was able to stay in the hospital a bit longer.

I have gotten away from posting in this thread for awhile but strange things do keep happening here. I bought a new digital bathroom scale a few months to help keep better track of my weight. It activates when stepped on and the read out lights up and displays your weight. I have it sitting in my living room on the floor just off to the side of the TV. A few nights ago while watching TV I seen the display light up.

Sounds like the intruder is fascinated by it.

Even though they are invisible and can pass through things they may still need and use gravity for help with either getting around or not getting around. One of these beings or entities could have touched it or stepped on it. The read out didn't stay lite long and I wanted and tried to see what the read out said. I didn't get a good look but I think the read out was all 0s. That was the only time that I know of that that scale lite up all by itself.

The entity might have just played with a connection, too.

Should I bother to post a photo of the scale?

This is the scale. I just took the photo. I stepped on it real quick so that the display would be lite for the photo.

So I just found out that stepping on then off of it quick results in it reading 0.0 which is what it read when it lite up by itself.
