I just tried to make vinaigrette for the first time. I did some research and this is what I went with.
3/4 cup EVOO 1/4 cup white wine vinegar 1 tsp Italian Seasoning Salt
It has to sit a while. We will try it with supper tonight. Looks like all supermarket salad dressing use soybean oil and I want to get away from that because of the female hormones and GMO. Olive oil is good for you and looks very much like it helps you live longer.

Yes, and I've also heard that the cheaper olive oils, including some from Italy are cut with canola oil. Unfortunately one has to pay a bit more to get the good stuff. I hope your vinaigrette is good tonight.

I did not know this. I just put the little bit of EVOO that I have left in the fridge to check it. What I have now is Great Value from Walmart. So the next time I buy EVOO I will make sure that it is domestic and in a quality container that shows care. Is there a list that shows the good brands and the cheaters?

In my vinaigrette the oil & vinegar seemed good I didn't care to much for the Italian seasoning.

I just check that EVOO that I put in the fridge last night. It is still just as runny.

Yes, considering the place where it was purchased, I'm not surprised.

I had that Walmart Great Value EVOO in my fridge for 2 days and is never solidified at all.
