RTD on Torchwood S4

Speaking to Torchwood Magazine this month, Russell T Davies has revealed his thoughts on how Torchwood Series 4 might feel.
Rumours have persisted that a fourth run of the series would follow the success of Children of Earth, but as yet despite murmurs at the San Diego Comic Con there is no hard confirmation either from the BBC or from other sources, save rumours of locations being investigated.
"I know exactly how to pick it up. I¹ve got a shape in mind, and I've got stories. I know where you'd find Gwen and Rhys, and their baby, and Jack, and I know how you'd go forward with a new form of Torchwood."
”If the BBC asked for another 13 one-part stories, that's what we’d do. I'm ready for anything, but I think it works well as one continuous story. But if the BBC decide they want 13 one-offs, I¹ll suddenly decide that's the best format in the world!”
Yes Russell, we know you will!
