Hi guys. Today I saw true evil and it's name is Wal-mart. Now don't get me wrong I like going there for a few items at the one we have in our town. But I don't do all my shopping there and I sure the hell don't buy my meats there. Anyway my nana wanted to go to the new one two towns over and let me tell you this is not just a super Wally's it's a WTF Mega super Wally's. I mean should a wal-mart be larger then a Lowes or Home Depot.....? I say no!!! I spent two hours in that damn thing and I know I didn't see it all. I'm going to need a scooter when I take kim let alone the fact she'll need one. MFG WTF were they thinking? I wonder how many employees souls they had to sell to get that baby?

Oh god no. I buy kim's tea there because it's a little cheaper there along with her frozen pops but I don't buy anything I wanted fresh there. And you got to becareful of their meats like there was one day I was there and they were running a sale on hamburge patties. Real cheap and then I looked at the box, They were made from Cow Hearts and Souy!
I do buy clothes there but as a rule I shop in the mens for socks, shirts, and PJ's they seem to fit better then woman's and their plus area really isn't all that great.

I have always hated Wal Mart for the way they save their customers money, such as no employee benefits and such. I also see how a mega Wal Mart of that size would be perverse....bigger is better is NOT a good rule of thumb.

We shop there alot. One of the strangest things I've seen is. For years on their gaint bulliton board they use to post about the money that they donated to the local community. If you took the time to study it for a minute the vast majority of it went to the local police with little going else were. It went on like that for years. They don't post that anymore. They post missing children.

^^^ They must know everyone is shoplifting including their underpaid workers, so they got on the police's good side by making 'donations' to them. ;D

I will buy some clothes and small items but I will never buy music from there nor will I buy Electronic things. We did once buy the adaptor for the Playstation 2 and had to bring it back later we got one at Game Stop and that's when we found out that they have a racket going on with the gagit's they sell. If you don't buy the consol at Wal-mart the added stuff might not work for it because they have it coded so only their stuff will work with their stuff. I now buy stuff like that at Game Stop or amazon and music if it's anything harder then oldies they edit. What good is buying a live CD of Ozzy if he's bleeped when he swears A lot of their music from harder bands and when they use to sell Rap are edit and cut. I also don't like the fact there are artis buying into putting their albums or sets out only at Wal-mart. And I still say there's something wrong with being able to buy a gun at Wal-mart.

Seriously, it's sad to hear that people are only going to sell their music at Wallmart. Thanks for the heads up on their electronics racket. Now I know for certain that Wallmart is evil. Editing music is bad enough, making it so that people have to buy this and that in the same place so it can work together is poor not right. I've enjoyed the Sansa Clip MP3 player I bought at my local Wallmart last fall, but doubt I'll buy any more electronics from them. If I buy anything, it'll be clothing and a few groceries.

The Huffington Post...I swear I saw them in the local paper recently, but I forget for what...that is a bit OTT to me as well, although I can see how over zealous retail workers could do that, at a Jewel/Osco i used to work at the employee's would chase after shoplifters and such, even though they were not supposed to, and they also could have got hurt in the process, pretty stupid behavior.
The second link is the kind of thing that makes me sick, from AIG and the Federal reserve, right down to companies like Wal-Mart. Some PPL don't like him, but I have always liked Ron Paul and his ideals (Even though admittedly they don't always fit into a modern world.), they are a lot better then the system we are letting rape us most of the time today.
