I've noticed that when tofu gets cold while I am eating it that it drop to lower then room temperature. Science should investigate this maybe a motor or refrigeration could be made from it.

Was the tofu microwaved? If so that may provide a clue. Actually, microwaved food cools quicker than conventionally cooked food.

It's just something I've noticed over the years. I'm sure that someone's been able to prove it scientifically.

I get it at the foodcourt and they cook it on the gril in front of me.

And it's hot when you get it? Hmm, that is interesting. I would time it next time you buy some. Then buy something else they grill and time it to see if there's a difference.
