Well I kept up with my indoor mall walking with my power cables. I have worked out and refined my routine. First I swing my clubs for 30 minutes. Our mall has 2 levels. I do 2 alcove high power laps of the lower level. Then I do 2 half power laps of the straights on the lower level. Then I do the same for the upper level. Then I walk a cool down lap while eating a power bar and drinking water.

Are you measuring how much weight you have lost or calories burned doing this routine by chance?

I probably should be but I'm not at this time. I could be weighing myself or they sell these calipers where you pinch some fat and measure it and it tells you your percentage of body fat. I can tell by how I look and feel that I'm losing some fat and certain muscles are getting bigger.

That's the best way to do it. If what you are gaining is muscle weight that's good because muscles burn calories. One could almost do without scales, unless the BMI needs to be calculated. The Ratio of fat to muscle is much more indicative of good health than just weight by itself.

That makes me think more about getting those calipers. I managed to go mall walking today but I got there late because I had to go into town and pay the rent first. This was the first time so far that it felt a bit easier. I did not do my club swinging today but I did send for a pair of new clubs and a book on club swinging. I sent to Dub'e for them. I read that club swinging use to be an Olympic event. When and why did they get rid of it

I did some research last night and read that first one. I think it should be put back in.

I think it would be neat, but those running the Olympics seem to gravitate towards the more popular sports. It's a show as much as an athletic event.
Guess that if people want to see unusual sports performed, they'd have to start a local group that's interested in such things.

No body around here really does anything. Look how long I been trying to find someone to play my mandolin with.

Yeah, TV is the great American past time. It's sad because people used to get together and do different things. They still do, but not as much.

I can't wait to go mall walking tomorrow Before the last time I went I got a box of those NATURE VALLY SWEET & SALTY Cashew GRANOLA BARS and took one with me. They taste soooo good that when I was done I thought that I would take the wrapper and show it to my friend Amanda. Well she read the wrapper and said that it was low in protein and fiber Yesterday I bought a box of CLIFF BAR CRUNCHY PEANUT BUTTER and I also bought one BLUEBERRY CRISP CLIFF BAR to try. Tomorrow I will go back to starting out with club swinging for 30 minutes. I got a lot of work to do on my weak hand (my left hand).

Cliff bars are pretty good. I like the ones with cherries the best. Granola bars aren't always that healthy. Have fun mall walking tomorrow. Hope the Indian club routine works.

My mall walking went very well today That blueberry crisp cliff bar was very good. I will be buying that one again. I started out with 30 minutes of club swinging. I want to do a lower reel but my left hand is stupid so I have a lot of left hand work to do. I got tracking on my new clubs and they are comming Monday.

Cool, good luck training your left hand. Do you think that you could sing while juggling one day? Or is that possible?
