Just saw this film, the other night, and the only thing I can say is that it is fair and nothing more. The history is right enough when you check out John Dillinger's bio, but the movie seems sterile some how, you really do not care about any of the characters, as hard as the movie tries to make you feel like they are deep the situations they are in are full of drama.
I've also never really been a fan Johhny Depp, so that might have something to do with why I did not feel this movie was anything special, although I'll admit that the movies final scene is well done and if you don't watch the entire flick, see the last ten minutes, then go look at a photo of the outside of the theater from the 30's and be in awe at the detail that went inot the set dressing for that one...
