The first thing that came to my mine is munitions bunker but its a strange shape for one. There is a structure near it that maybe one.

The second responder to the article has it pegged as a firing table at The Nevada Test Site. He / she might be right.

By Firing Table do they mean Launch Platform?

A launch platform for what? The only things that comes to mind looking at it are those old rocket with sticks on that or the spaceship from the first Stargate movie.

I don't know what they would shoot. It may not be a good idea to try to figure out what.

It is to late for me to claim credit now but I knew what those "Phoenix Lights" were from the very beginning. When I was in the navy I loaded flairs and seen them used. We could also start a thread red flagging problems of the established (establishment's?) UFO investigating system. I have notice overwhelming glaring problems.

I'm sure that you know more about this than I do, so it's up to you if you want to do it.

A lot of times the big problem is how to get it started. What would a good title be?

How about "A UFO Investigation Overview"?
