I was at one time thinking about putting a post here about the needs and future of career and job choosing. I do have a lot to say that is very important but this is very aggravating. I could post about the need and ability of redacting job applications. I was doing that back in the 1970s. I bet I was the only one doing it then and probably no one else is doing it now. Most job applications these days are online. I wonder if you could redact them? I'm betting not. There is always the thing that if you have to redact a job application you shouldn't even bother with it at all but they could pretty much all be like that because of an evil society and government. I was also going to post about labor pools for jobs and professions.

I have been the trail blazer for many things and I have gotten recognition or credit for any of them and a lot of them are very dangerous. Even some of the ones that don't seem like they should be dangerous turn out to be so.

I have never heard of redacting applications and would never have thought of doing so, much like everyone else, but it does make sense.

It makes absolute sense. It did then and probably still does. I remember them having you sign away most if not all of your basic rights and abilities to defend yourself and fight back.

I don't like the way it's getting worse today, either, and doubt that we'll have a legal recourse any time soon.

Just remember you don't need anyone consent or permission to defend yourself. "They" (the establishment), like to play god and think they're god and would love to have you think other wise.

The technology already exists. Why isn't there a light pad that you can use with a sketchbook? I was thinking about this today because I might sent for a light pad.

People are already installing apps for iPads and Android tablet computers as lightpads, so the technology is getting closer.

They're already starting to make bezeless phones, so perhaps the tablets will have this feature eventually.

This is one of the future concepts that manufacturers are working on. I don't know if they'll actually turn out like this, but it is neat.

See now that looks like you could slide in right in between the pages of a sketchbook.

Yeah, hopefully they'll come up with something like it before too long.
