I went juggling at Roxbury today and did well. I think that this is the stuff I need to get to make more russian balls. www.eclecticproducts.com/shoegoo.htmThis is the orignal stuff. Now they have a whole line of products and I'm not sure which would be best for me. Glad that the juggling went well. As for the shoe goo, I'd try it on one ball. If it doesn't work I guess we can read some reviews and figure out what else to try. At least the shoe goo can be used on other things.

Yeah, the plugs will be good to get. If one fill doesn't work you could always try another. It's interesting that they're using salt.

I just made 4 new russian juggling balls ;D 2 are pink and 2 are light blue. These ones are 60 grams each. The first ones I made were 80 grams. They still had to much of a tendency to roll for my liken. I my go and try to juggle at the mall tomorrow and see how that goes. I see jugglingstore.com has started getting more stock in. I want to send for some thing but what?

I went juggling at the mall today and it went very well. I took 3 of my white leather beanbags, The russian balls that I made last night, and my light up balls. I like the white leather beanbags the best. I juggled better then I thought I was going to.

A few days ago I bought a composition book at the dollar store to use as a journal to help me with keeping track of my juggling and add some structure to it. Will I ever start using it ?

I would start with a list of props and add whether they're bought ready to use, or constructed like the Russian balls. If constructed, I would make a list of materials and methods used, plus results (i.e. this ball doesn't work as well as this other ball.) You could also record how many days you get to go juggling, how long the session lasted and how well things went. That should get you started.

WOW, those are some great ideas Sherlew. I was just thinking how am I going to format my juggling Journal. In my one juggling book it says to set a goal for each practice season. It says to start practicing what you know then work on something new. I don't really have a routine yet because I can only do one thing so far the 3 ball cascade. I can juggle 2 balls in an outward circle with my right hand but not my left hand. I am on the verge or getting the reverse cascade. On the first page of my journal I wrote this so far. STARTED: It's kind of a guess now (I should have written it down) but I think it was early 2010. WHY: Several reasons (all good) Something to do. Its REALLY COOL. It improves you mentally and physically.

How would a journal entry be composed? I think I might start with the Date, Location, Prop(s), Goal(s), Achievement(s), Duration. I was thinking that my Routine should be a separate running list. I bought a pack of multi color BOLD Bic Cristal 1.6 mm pens for writing in my juggling journal

Sherlew I was just thinking about what you wrote. I could include a comment(s) section and that could help cover prop testing & review as well as other things.

So what do you think of this journal entry layout order?
Date: Location: Prop(s): Goal(s): Achievement(s): Duration: Comments:

It looks professional. I would leave room to add more headings just in case you think of them.
