Those single piece clubs are best for club swinging. That is what I started out doing. I am right on the virg of getting the cross and follow. It may be the quintessential move in club swinging. It is soooo awesome.

I sent to Renegade today for a book on club swinging and when I get it I should have all of the instructional info there is on it (books & DVDs). ;D
