If you have problems with your butt or gut you might want to loose the cinnamon.

Cinnamon has never caused me trouble. Getting gluten out of my life has really improved things, though. I have also cut out of lot of the bread substitutes, too since they come with their own problems, namely weight gain. Been mostly just eating beans and other legumes (like the chickpea flour in my waffle), veggies, fruits and a bit of meat and dairy now and then.

One of the best things I've ever done was to stop eating cinnamon.

It may be a fairly common sensitivity. Fortunately for the baking industry, not everyone is. I find nutmeg to be a bit irritating to the stomach, so prefer to avoid it.

I'm having a bit of hamburger with tomato sauce, steamed cauliflower and sliced apple for dinner.

I'm baking some chicken right now. Think I'll have them with some black beans and carrots.

I tried making turkey sloppy joes. How did they turn out?

Not as good as I thought because the turkey sucked up the manwich. When I made it with the same size can of ground beef I had to cook it down to get rid of a lot of moisture. If I make it again I will have to try two cans of manwich.

Yeah, turkey is rather dry. It's one of the few things I don't like about it.

I am just now trying a Starburst fruit chew for the very first time. WOW that was excellent! I got a pack to try because I heard they are better to roast over a camp fire then marshmallows.

I've never hear that before. Wonder what they'd taste like roasted.
