I hope you don't get sick, too. People who are ill really should stay home. Sorry to hear that things didn't go art-wise, too.

I bought a SHEAFFER Medium VIEWPOINT Calligraphy Fountain pen at Micheal's today it was on clearance for $2.99. Long ago when I did calligraphy I use to use a lot of these pens. They are making them differently now.

I got some blunt tip syringes for refilling the ink cartridges with whatever ink I want. In the nature journal and urban sketching sketchbook that I am going to be doing it wont be just drawings there will also be text.

That'll be neat, kind of like a graphic novel.

This is my SHEAFFER fountain pen collection so far. The first yellow one on the left is the one I bought today. The others are from the 1980s. Back then their calligraphy kit came with 3 nibs but only one body but crafty calligraphers discovered that their ball point pen had basically the same barrel but with a spring embedded in the base. Easily drilled out the barrel could then be used with the ink cartridge and calligraphy nib and amass a full collection of each size much cheaper. The blue and the red pens are non drilled out barrels and the ones to the right of the metal caped regular fountain are drilled out barrels.

All of the ink cartridges in the pans have dried up. I will probably soak each nib in some water. Those are just my SHEAFFER pens. I have a few other brands of calligraphy pens also.

I went back to Micheal's and bought that pens brother and some ink cartridges. I got the binder and other stuff to better organize my calligraphy stuff. Years ago I was way into it more so then most people.

Most of this can be said about music also. Most of it has to do with that wrongful domineering evil horse sh*t that people do. It is something that me being oppressively impoverish and actively kept out of most things for my whole life has actually given me a much better viewpoint then those others have. I can more easily see things for how they truly are. Does it make me a better person? YES, in some ways it does. It has opened the door to greatness for me whether or not it is recognized by others. Look into the life of Leonardo da Vinci?

I keep seeing videos of people drawing on public transportation. How do they do it? I know it can't be done here. It is almost impossible for me to add something to my shopping list on public transportation here with all of the shaking and bouncing.

What I'm learning from this video. He says about the paint and water separating in the mixing area of plastic palettes. I don't see or understand that. Could he be talking about it beading up? Spraying it with enamel paint is a great idea but clear enamel spray paint comes either mat or glossy. Which one?

In the comments he said he used Testors semi-gloss.

Are some of the people riding trains? Trains can be pretty smooth. Maybe trolleys as well.
