Oh no, I'm sorry to hear that. My luck is no better.

I don't know if I can do anything about it but the REALM OF GALAXIES is coming into a good position.

When I get a clear night again, I might try viewing this. Should at least be able to make out basic shapes with my telescope.

I noticed with my Celestron Cometron 7x50 binoculars that if I don't set the interpupillary distance just right the 2 halves of the binoculars aren't looking at the same thing.

Having that adjusted properly would help. I'll have to keep that in mind while using mine.

They are calling for a clear sky here tonight. I wonder how tired I will be after my hike?

I wouldn't overdo it. It's no fun to go out and look at the stars while really tired.

It was clear last night but I didn't go out because I was to tired from my hike.

That's alright. I'd say that it makes no sense to go out when one is too tired.

I didn't get around to posting this before but a few nights ago in between storms I looked out at the sky and I could not believe how unbelievably clear it was. Here there is a big problem with very thin layer of cloud. Most people would actually think the sky is clear but it isn't.
