I seen something the other day that much like with olive oil a lot of the cheaper honeys aren't honey at all. I don't know yet of any tests that we as costumers can do to find out like with olive oil.

WOW thanks Sherlew I just did the water and the paper towel tests with the honey that I have Great Value CLOVER HONEY U.S. GRADE A 100% PURE HONEY from Walmart and it passed both.
