I just learned about allergy addictions the other day. They do kind of make sense.

I always thought it was just from people being unwilling to see and ignorant or stupid why they kept eating things that affect them badly. It still kind of is. It took me a very long time to pinpoint some of the tings I was eating that are bad for me.

It took me a very long time to pinpoint some of the tings I was eating that are bad for me. Diet is one thing that is very hard to change. Especially when comfort food is involved.

From what little I have read they are saying it is like this. People eat a food they are allergic to and in turn one of the things the body produces in response is a pain killer that the person get addicted to. I'm still not sure about this and I'm not buying into it yet.
