Well, I've heard of certain foods giving one nightmares. I'm not sure what the food-dream connection would be. Also, the amount of time between eating and falling asleep may be a factor as well.

That was an unfinished post because I don't have much time most of the time. It is an excellent topic that I know a little about and am learning more about.

That's OK, perhaps we can expand on it more later.

Everybodys heard about some foods causing nightmares. Here lately I have been having some good dreams and I think it may be because I am eating better. The food you eat does effects your dreams in other ways other then good or bad dreams. That food product in that photo causes your dreams to speed WAY-UP. So much so that you can't even keep up with them. I learned about it while I was helping out at bars waiting for this government and society to pull its heads out of its asses and start doing the right things (which they have still to do). I heard about it, went and got some and tried it and yep that's what it did.

That's very interesting. My dreams have been improving since I started eating sprouted lentils. Now I just need to recall them better.

That is why I think mine did also. Hopefully mung bean sprouts will do the same thing. Do you think it could be because of the "B" vitamins? Maybe it's just the increase in nutrients itself?

If some food can cause bad dreams it kind of stands to reason that there could be food to improve dreams.

I was singing in one of my dreams this morning. The first time I recall that happening. Of course my mother had to put a quick stop to the dream

She is probably not to happy. The aid that she doesn't care for is here today.

Ah, well I hope the aid she likes will be back soon. Being so dependent on others would be upsetting to most people, too.
