Are they in a string? Will there be a 3rd? Will it hit Earth?

Found an update on it. Think I'll put it in it's own thread.

I watched a TV show last night about NASA's next missions now that they are finished with the shuttles. They are going back to the moon to make a base and going to Mars. The new Aries rockets they said will be ready next year.

Back to rockets alone, eh? It will be interesting to follow the Mars mission.

It is a beautiful day here. It must be in the 60s. We just got back. We took my mom shopping at walmart. This is the first time she's been out this year. Well longer then that even. She has been stuck in here all winter.

That's no fun, but while the weather was nasty, it was probably best for her to stay indoors. I'm sure she enjoyed the shopping trip.

We are back to winter here. There is snow on the ground. Sherlew do you have robins over there like ours here? I know your blue jays look very different.

It looks like robins are the same across the U.S., unlike the jays All About Birds.orgHave you heard one of our jays, also called Steller's jays? They are quite noisy and this website has an embedded YouTube video of one which includes it's call, which never varies as far as I know. When I was a kid I thought that all jays were like it. Thanks to the Internet, I now know better. Steller's JayAll About Birds also has several recordings of the Eastern jay's various calls, which is neat. Eastern Bluejay

I thought that your blue jays were like the ones in the Windex commercials or on The Big Bang Theory. Our blue jays are at their loudest in the Fall after the acorns come out. They scream like hell. They have a very short life span. I always wondered if it had to do with them eating the acorns. We have black oaks right around here and they are very high in tannin.

It's possible, though there may be other factors as well.
