Thank you. I was having a hard time finding juggling figures that would be good for stencils, so I decided to try something a bit different. I also found some cool mandalas I can color.

I am getting ready to start stenciling my next shirt. I will try to post a series of photos. Hope I don't screw things up.

Freezer paper stencil ironed on T-shirt. See the island stencils in the face for the eyes, cheek, and mouth?

First light coat of paint applied. Go with a light first coat to avoid bleeding. I see what might be a BIG problem already. The sterling paint looks to be nothing but glitter. Maybe I should have painted a white first coat then sterling but I didn't know it was like that. Hopefully the second coat will totally fill the balls with glitter other wise this one might be ruined.

Now I wait a few hours then apply the second coats of paint which can be heavier.

I hope the second coat works, too.

This shirt might just end up being a test shirt. I put a 3rd coat of that glitter paint on the balls to try and totally fill them up with it. A better way to do the face may have been to just paint it all in and draw the features on with markers.

Ah well, a test shirt or two is probably part of the process of finding out what works best. The next one will be better.

Just peeled off the first stencil and it looks better then I thought. I will continue on and cut out and iron on the 2nd stencil then paint it.

Yeah, pretty good so far. Looks like the silver and gold paint is going to cover OK.
