Had a small slice of french toast with peanut butter on it and a cup of coffee for breakfast. Haven't been feeling well today, but may be able to eat some rice soon.

Thanks, I'm feeling a bit better now. Was able to eat some brown rice and some raisins a while ago.

Chicken, rice and cottage cheese with a bit of curry powder. An unusual breakfast, I know, but I get bored from time to time. Also, I'm hoping that my energy levels will be better today.
