I got a few red flags. I've learned to be wiry of academics. I looked up Tau Ceti in my charts and online and what I found was amazing.

The star is very similar to our sun. The system may have at least 5 planets. It's of interest to SETI. There is something said about a dust or debris cloud that makes me wonder if it could be something else.

Tau Ceti is in season. I wonder how far south in my window it is and how easy it would be to locate?
