Just popped out very quickly with my 10x50 binos to look at and find out what the stars north of Lyra/Vega are. Found out it's Draco and split another double Nu Draconis. This is what NIGHTWATCH says about it. "Binocular double; one of the sky's best; like cat's eyes in a small scope;"

Sounds like another good one for observation.

I keep thinking this one would be a good one for you to check out. My stargazing tonite probably took less then a minute.

Yes, I plan to try this one out as soon as I can. I just wish that the jet stream hasn't picked up a tropical storm off the coast of Japan to flung lots of rain at us.

I don't know if you would be able to split it with your 7x50 binos? I would like to know if you could? Your new telescope would definitely would. Lyra has doubles in it that your 7x50 binos should be able to split.

I can give it a try. Just wrote them down in a list.

Did you hear what he said? He thinks you should be able to split it with 7x50 binos.

I was watching some video about this yesterday and it called these the eyes of the dragon and I thought that was pretty cool. They look like eyes and they are in the head of Draco.
