I think I mentioned it earlier. I got the basic recipe from a paleo site. Although I don't follow their eating plan, I have found some ideas that I like. No-oatmeal is basically ground nuts and seeds that are ground up, roasted and cooked with one's favorite milk and maybe some other ingredients such as eggs and fruit.
