I decided to quit using that microwave popper that I bought not long ago and go back to a hot air popper. I bought this one today at Walmart for like $15. Hot Air Popper

I just cleaned it up and got it ready to use tonite. I also bought a really big plastic bowl at the dollar store today. I wont put it under the hot air popper because it might melt it. I'll use a Pyrex bowl under the popper then pure the popcorn from it into the big bowl.

It doesn't have good reviews on Walmart's site.

Just used it and it worked OK. Better then that microwave popper. It had that first usage new appliance hot plastic smell but all new appliances have that just the same as a brand new toaster.

The popcorn looks good and tastes good. No burnt popcorn smell or taste.

My new giant plastic popcorn bowl has some kind of static charge. When I pass it above my leg it makes the hair on my leg stand up.

I'll use a Pyrex bowl under the popper then pure the popcorn from it into the big bowl. We have a big metal bowl which is excellent for popcorn.

It doesn't have good reviews on Walmart's site. Yeah, I noticed that. It may have been just grumpy reviewers, but you never know.

Chinese plastic. The only thing it says on the bottom is MADE IN CHINA then under that is a capital T. Does that mean anything?

I splurged and bought some Orville Redenbacher's. That coconut oil in the photo that I got today stays liquid.

I just tried some Orville Redenbacher's in my hot air popper and I ended up with a lot of unpopped kurnels. Jolly Time popped much better.
