I also use my blender bottle for the first time. The protein drink had kind of a dry chalkiness to it. Yeah, these things usually are. How did the blender bottle work? The blender bottle worked just like it was suppose to. Might try using some yogurt the next time.

I bought a heavy duty D ring binder along with some college ruled and graph filler paper. I will use these for keeping track of my exercises and body measurements. I got a strange on and off again headache today and wonder if it could have been from the protein powder. I do have other things going on and everyone gets headaches from time to time.

I doubt it was from the powder, but it is hard to trace the source of headaches to their sources.

I am going to take it easy this weekend then start everything anew on Monday. Monday I will take my measurements and start charting things. I am still trying to figure out exercise routines to do. I want to add a few more exercises and figure out if I want to split things up and how if I do.

I got out my exercise pad and tried a few new exercises like Supermans, leg raises, lunges, and I also did some assisted dips.

Tonite I start taking measurements and tracking. I have to figure out what and how to do it. I remember seeing one of Scooby's videos where he takes body measurements with a tape measure but I can't find it now.

OK, I just took my skin fold measurements and did some math. According to the chart I got with the calipers and my math these are my statistics. Weight: 154 lbs Body Fat 17% 26.18 lbs Body Fat 127.82 lbs Lean Body Mass
I'm going to try Scooby's calculator and see what I get.

I drank a full scoop (as directed) protein drink last night. I don't think I'm going to use protein powder any more. I had to keep getting out of bed to pee and I could feel my kidneys. Everyone agrees its unnecessary and I've been doing good without it so far so I'm going to stop using it.
