Maybe, I'd find the best reviews to make sure.

I am making progress again with chin-ups. I stopped doing them the old way.

I am going to take a gamble and send for a full face motorcycle helmet tonite in hopes that it will allow me to keep using my power twisters.

My new exercise helmet with my power twisters so far. It was very scary trying it on.

When I use it I'll have to remember to keep my head down also for maximum protection. I read a review from someone that got hit in the throat.

I bet it did. Too bad those helmets don't have internal cooling.

This is my new IBAMA Safety Air Pressure Resistance Chest Expander (upper left) along with the power twisters that I'm hoping it will replace. The other devices called chest expanders with the springs or rubber tubing exercise the back far more then the chest and are there for misnamed. In the product description it says this is adjustable from 5 to 60 kg (11 to 132 lbs).

I used both my NAYOYA Ab Mat & Back Hook last nite with great satisfaction. I did some chin-ups earlier using the neutral hand hold on my chin-up bar which is new to me and I pulled a little something in my back. I tried the back hook and it felt great. I used it a few times before going to bed. Today the pain isn't there at all and I didn't take any pain medicine. I am using the ab mat now and will for a while to see what kind of results I get. Unweighted you don't have to use a foot hold but weighted you do. I did some of both last nite.
