Until I find or figure out something better I put some bright pink 550 cord on these. I can so see them being over looked and lost.

Wonder if I'll get around to trying this? Don't they sell non-stick foil and wouldn't that work for this?

This is a clever little setup. Reynolds makes a non-stick foil and you can also make your own. I don't know if one could pre-make it for later use or not. It's a possibility, though.

I bought some Reynolds non-stick foil and a lemon poppy seed muffin mix today. I already have an Esbit stove. I was even thinking that I could get it ready and take the stuff with me up to the nursing home and my mother and I could bake a muffin out side together.

I tried to get a better photo of these. Do you remember what it could be?

Residents and visitors can have cook-outs, then?

Just looked at the sugar per serving. To high for her. Maybe I'll just do it on my own.

I measured it out and packed it up along with making the zip-loc bag measuring cup like he used.

I just bagged up some small cooking stones like he used. He said he burned his. I have an idea to try to see if I can keep that from happening.

If you can't find a way to keep the stones from burning using the dry baking technique, a little water might help. Lots of people like to steam muffins as they bake them.

I just found an interesting article on the ancient cooking technique of Stone Boiling.
