Rain is known to cause some type of sadness in people, versus the sun shining bright outside. But one guy, Peregrine Church, a Seattle-based street artist, has decided to do something about that. He uses superhydrophobic coatings to create pieces of art and happiness on rainy days. But don’t worry, the work he is doing is 100% legal and there is nothing toxic in it. Depending on how often the sidewalk is used, the art will last 4 months to a year.
