Halloween stores to help fight multiple sclerosis
For more than 25 years, Halloween Adventure Costume Superstores has successfully brought the magic, fun and excitement of Halloween to millions of customers, providing unique costumes, masks, wigs, makeup and more for children, adults, the home and even family pets.
The Riverside store hosted its grand opening Sept. 7, in Riverside at 3388 Tyler St. in the Petco, Boot Barn, Sports Authority shopping center.
Now, Halloween Adventure is also using the season to raise awareness of multiple sclerosis (MS) and funds to support the National MS Society, Southern California & Nevada Chapter. Last year, Halloween Adventure raised $35,000 to support the chapter’s direct services for people with MS and their families, as well as fund research for better treatments and a cure for this unpredictable, often disabling disease.
This season, they’re working to up the ante with the goal of raising $40,000 for MS.
