I noticed lately that my prediction about adds on money coming true. I've seen several bills with adds for web sites rubber stamped on them.

I noticed lately that my prediction about adds on money coming true. I've seen several bills with adds for web sites rubber stamped on them. Yeah, I have seen those too, perhaps you are a true seer! Tell us oh great PD, what happens next! ;D In the year 3,000, Kids will no longer have to go physically door to door to trick or treat on Halloween. They will do it virtually via the net anywhere in the world using a small teleport device to get the candy from the house they pick off a world map. The costumes are also virtual as well. Eventually this leads to a limit on some areas like Beverly Hills in California as all the kids want to trick or treat there as they have the best treats!!

What will these kids do if you don't have treats? In the year 3000 everyone will have decent health care, including dental. I like Robert Heinlein's idea of tooth regeneration. Been reading "The Door into Summer" where such a thing is possible.

So do I. This technology should be applied to the whole body, not just the teeth.

In the year 3000 wrapping Christmas presents the traditional way will have long since been abandoned as being seen as wasteful and environmentally unfriendly.

What would they use? Perhaps they'll employ rice-paper bows. I saw a mention of these scientists regrowing rat teeth on Yahoo. Haven't had time to chase down and watch the video on Youtube yet.

Well, as long as they stay the same size and don't grow into godzilla-rats.

Actually I think they would be fighting Godzilla at that size!

Well, as long as they stay the same size and don't grow into godzilla-rats. There was just a show on TV last night called Ratzilla about the sightings of giant size rats in New Jersey and some where else. I read the write up and it said they are the size of dogs. I seen very big rats when I was over seas in the navy.

In the year 3,000 the current style licenses plates for vehicles that have to be read by eye sight alone will be replaced by ones that transmit the information or can be scanned from a distance.
