I'm enjoying another three-day weekend. The rain shouldn't come back until tomorrow afternoon. I tried making my own version of what people have been calling "potato bombs" last night using a kind of pesto. Only made two. Had to use parchment paper to plug the ends and it worked fairly well. They tasted OK, but think I might try a different filling or add something more to the pesto. May also try to find something besides parchment paper to work as plugs.

Sounds interesting.
I am currently practicing my ukulele. I rewrote the happy wanderer and the caissons go rolling along.

Just the happy wanderer. The caissons song I had to make bigger so that I could see it.
I tried to post about Marylands starting a bounty for snakehead fish but things didn't work out so I didn't. It looked like a $200 gift card per fish.

That sounds good. Hope it turns out. I've cooked some sweet potatoes tonight. Haven't decided what else to have with them. Actually have been snacking and may just stick with them for dinner.
